poor animals! that is so NOT HEALTHY for them and they will DIE as a result of it! The owners of those animals should be investigated. Where are the vets who care for these animals?
like people , animals need to be cared for.Animals are living things too.These people should take care of their animals properly.How could they make their animals suffer like that?!

The owners should be ashamed of themselves making animals suffer like that?!?!
maybe some animals just like to eat. . . like some humans. ppl always blaming owners..tsk tsk
